lauren is the heart and soul behind laurel moon studio.
put simply, lauren loves learning.
on one hand, lauren is a qualified lawyer with additional degrees in english literature, communications and marketing.
on the other hand, lauren is an energy, sound and movement practitioner - qualified to teach yoga, mat pilates and reformer pilates, and to practice reiki (level 1 and level 2 completed), with additional training in sound healing and crystal singing bowls.
lauren combines energy, sound and movement practices to nourish mind, body, and soul.
